Work Description: First I want to praise Southwest on their fast response. I hit the submit button to find a plumber on networx and I literally got a call within 2 minutes. We had a water line installed that had to run from the center of our finished basement through the ceiling to an exterior wall for a sprinkler installation.
Comments: Working with Southwest was a great experience!! Jake was very professional and prompt when arriving to do an on-site estimate. As luck would have it, we had a water line break in our kitchen on the very same morning. He graciously agreed to help out with removing the damaged pipes and installed new plumbing for us on the spot. After talking through the job that "we actually contacted him about", he gave a fair bid and we scheduled him to come back and put in the sprinkler line. He was prompt, very meticulous, cleaned throughly and completed the installation exactly as described. We will be calling Southwest for future plumbing projects. Drew & Tammy G
