Work Description: Plumbing, pipe replacement
Comments: They re-routed kitchen drain line. The existing line had collapsed under the slab. Ran new line out from the side of the house and underground to tie into existing drain line. Had to cut out part of the driveway to run line. Poured new concrete to replace piece cut out. Member Comments: I had another company (Ben Franklin Plumbing) come out about 2 mos ago. The tech told me that the line may have collapsed, and he would have to come back with his boss on Monday, (they came out on Sat initially). They never called back to set up another appt. and never heard from them again. We called TBP on a Thursday, scheduled for an appt on Friday. Within an hour they had verified that the pipe had collapsed and had a plan for the cheapest way to repair. Scheduled to start the repair on Sat morning. They showed up on time and completed the work very quickly. They were very professional and hardworking. My wife has never been this excited to do dishes!!!

Work Description: Emergency plumbing service
Comments: Diagnose and Resolve cause of toilet over-flow. In addition did a spot check of septic tank performance. Member Comments: Had an emergency situation with toilet over-flow. Called early SUNDAY morning and had a plumber (Kevin) show up within 30 min. We bought our house about 6 months earlier and it is the first home we've owned with a septic tank system. Our initial fear was a septic tank back-up but Kevin assured us we would have experienced a different event if it had been the septic tank. He cleaned a blockage in the toilet, and made sure it was then working properly. Kevin even went the extra mile and went outside, located the valve cover for septic tank and confirmed things looked clear. He was very professional, and even though it was a Sunday, he took the time to answer all our questions to our satisfaction. We will be having the septic tank pumped in the Fall and start a regular maintenance schedule. Based on our experience with Kevin and Tampa Bay Plumbers LLC , we will be calling them back for that service too.
