Comments: David called minutes after my request was submitted on Sunday afternoon. My furnace wouldn't come on and I suspected the spark igniter was bad. Fortunately he was in the area on another service call and was here in less than 45 minutes. The furnace worked properly when he tried it, which was actually good news since it saved me the cost of a new spark igniter. He continued to check everything else that might have caused the igniter to fail all night. Turned out to be my very old and failing thermostat that was cutting the furnace off before it even ignited. I replaced the thermostat and it runs like a champ

Comments: I submitted a request for emergency AC services on a Sunday and David Hall, TechnoServ called me within a few hours the same day! We scheduled an early morning service call for the following day. David arrived on time and was extremely helpful in not only his diagnosis of the problem but explaining it to me in layman's terms. He then fixed the problem (replacement of a control panel) so that my AC is now fully functinal again. David was very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I plan to use him for my future annual inspections
